On tongue-and-groove profiles (Magde, Rüta, Vaiva, Urte, Grete, Barbora) the covering width is 10 mm less than the full width — that overlap is already accounted for in the linear metre price and in the calculator. Smooth Mykolas boards, rhombus profiles and decking boards have no overlap, so we use the full board width and the installation gap must be added separately.
Stain — Tikkurila Wood Stain, a semi-transparent wood protector. Paint — Tikkurila Ultra Pro, an opaque façade paint. Decking is oiled with Tikkurila Pinja Oil. Cladding profiles are coated in two layers on three sides.

Korduma kippuvad küsimused termopuidu kohta
Lühivastused küsimustele, mida kliendid termomänni kohta kõige sagedamini esitavad. Hinnad on III kvartali 2026 seisuga, käibemaksuta, tarnetingimus EXW Tallinn.
Mis on termopuit ja mille poolest see tavapuidust erineb?
Termopuit on kuumuse ja veeauruga töödeldud puit – ilma igasuguse kemikaalita. Kuumus lagundab puidus olevad suhkrud ja vähendab hügroskoopsust, mistõttu materjal ei ime enam samamoodi niiskust: see paisub ja kahaneb oluliselt vähem kui töötlemata mänd, ei kaardu ega väänduks ning on ligi viiendiku võrra kergem. Timberry termomänd on Thermo-D klassi (töötlemistemperatuur ~212 °C), mis on mõeldud välistingimustesse.
Kui palju termopuidust fassaadilaudis maksab?
Termomännist fassaadilaudise hinnad algavad 22,05 €/m² (käibemaksuta) ja ulatuvad 47,25 €/m²-ni, sõltuvalt profiilist ja paksusest. Odavaim on Magde 19×117 hinnaga 22,05 €/m², kalleim Barbora 42×90 kaarprofiil 47,25 €/m². Terrassilauad jäävad vahemikku 27,09–30,00 €/m² ja prussid 2,63–5,99 €/jm. Hinnad kehtivad EXW tehasest; transport ja mahalaadimine arvestatakse eraldi.
Milline profiil valida – Magde, Rüta, Mykolas või Romb?
Magde ja Rüta on punn-soonega profiilid varjatud kinnitusega, Mykolas on sile laud nähtava kinnitusega ja Romb on rombikujuline profiil avatud vuugiga. Kõik ühe perekonna laiused sobivad omavahel kokku, nii et samal seinal võib segada näiteks Magde 19×92 ja 19×140. Sooneline (Vaiva, Urte, Grete) annab reljeefi ka ühetoonilise värviga; kaarega Barbora on kõige skulptuursem ja kõige kallim.
Mis vahe on kattelaiusel ja nominaallaiusel?
Nominaallaius on laua füüsiline laius, kattelaius see osa, mis pärast paigaldust nähtavale jääb. Punn-soonega profiilidel kaob soone alla umbes 10 mm, seega Magde 19×140 kattelaius on 130 mm. Siledatel ja rombprofiilidel ülekannet ei ole ja kattelaius võrdub nominaallaiusega. Ruutmeetri hind on meil arvestatud kattelaiuse järgi, nii et võrdlus profiilide vahel on aus.
Kui palju materjali varuks tellida?
Arvesta lõike- ja paigaldusvaruks 5–10% sõltuvalt fassaadi keerukusest. Lihtsa ristkülikukujulise seina puhul piisab 5%-st; kui fassaadil on palju aknaid, viile või diagonaalseid lõikeid, võta 10%. Meie hinnakalkulaator lisab varu automaatselt, kui sisestad objekti ruutmeetrid.
Milliseid pinnatöötlusi te pakute ja mida need maksavad?
Termomänd on saadaval töötlemata, harjatud, peitsitud või värvitud kujul. Harjamine lisab 2,10 €/m², peitsimine 5,78–18,38 €/m² ja värvimine 6,83–22,37 €/m² – lisandhind sõltub profiili paksusest ja pinna suurusest. Harjamine tõstab puidusüü esile, peits jätab tekstuuri nähtavale, värv katab selle.
Kuidas termopuit fassaadile paigaldatakse?
Termopuit paigaldatakse alati tuulutatud fassaadina: tuuletõkkemembraan, seejärel 42×42 mm roov 600 mm sammuga ja alles siis laudis. Ülal ja all peab jääma vähemalt 20 mm ventilatsioonivahe. Laudise alumine serv jäägu kõvakattest 300 mm ja haljastusest 200 mm kõrgemale. Kasuta ühte kruvi laua kohta, et puit saaks liikuda, ja lase laudadel enne paigaldust umbes 7 päeva objektil aklimatiseeruda.
Kas termopuit vajab hooldust?
Termopuit ei vaja hooldust selleks, et püsida terve – töötlemata jäetuna muutub see aja jooksul hõbehalliks, kaotamata vastupidavust. Hooldust on vaja ainult siis, kui soovid algset sooja tooni säilitada: siis kanna 3–5 aasta järel peale läbitungiv toonitud õli. Värvitud pinda tuleb hooldada nagu iga värvitud fassaadi.
Kui pikk on tarneaeg?
Sõltuvalt kogusest kuni 2–3 nädalat. Hinnapakkumise saatmiseks on vaja objekti ruutmeetreid, soovitud profiili ja pinnatöötlust ning tarneaadressi.
